  • Overview

    The Producer, Photography will be assigned to dedicated client out of the San Francisco location. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, methodical, and able to prioritize a multitude of tasks under tight timelines.

     

    Act as the primary liaison between the Company and assigned client on behalf of the Production and Post departments for the entire lifecycle of each project.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the efficiency, organization, data integrity, and delivery of each project
    • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of; schedules, estimates, invoices and expenses. Shot lists and securing all necessary talent & props. Merchandise and data tracking.
    • Manage and collaborate with Post Production team to ensure deadlines are met while fully understanding all deliverables involved
    • Organize multiple photo teams, while supervising a full-time Production Assistant to ensure all daily deliverables are met
    • Clearly communicate all needs with internal teams as well as the client to ensure a flawless workflow and experience
    • Ensure all pre-production and on-set needs are anticipated and met
    • Proactively suggest new recommendations to current workflow

    Qualifications

    • 2 years’ college with focus on Communication or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of retail, e-commerce, or commercial photography
    • 2+ years’ experience in managing a photo / post team.
    • Experience in both still and fashion high-volume photography production in required.
    • Project management and customer service experience is required.
    • Familiar with FileMaker and PhotoShop, while being proficient in Excel on Mac platform.
    • Excellent problem solver with the ability to anticipate problems before they happen.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
